I'm going to take this moment to say Merry Christmas to you all .

Now is the time when I'm going to retreat and take the time to enjoy the spirit with my kids and family for a while .

I want to say thank you to you all for the conversations, the new connections, and the support .

It's been a roller-coaster of a year, but I'm looking forward to the new horizons of 2025 ,

Studio vibes ... found a golden oldie I kept when I used to paint birds in high detail

I've been enjoying the last week, creating smaller artworks inspired by the small treasures I collect and feel drawn to—like shells, flowers, and other natural wonders they often find their way into my muses.

Pearl-white nautilus shells symbolize elegance and growth , daisies embody purity , joy, and new beginnings, and cone shells reflect the beauty of diversity and resilience. I love how these treasures, much like names, carry unique symbolic meanings, weaving stories into my art.

This little sweet piece measures 20cm x 20cm and is now available on my website for $175, excluding framing .

Mary Jane and Her Orchids

This painting is a deeply personal expression of calm and grace. Mary Jane, with her soft and nurturing presence, cradles a bouquet of white orchids—symbols of purity and new beginnings.
